Davis Truss is a manufacturing shop, not a jobsite crew — you are here in Texarkana, home every night, Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. Most of our people have been here for years, and we would rather train someone who shows up than churn through hires.
Where We Need People
Openings change with the build season. If you do not see your trade listed, come by anyway — we keep applications on file.
Building roof and floor trusses on the table from a MiTek cut list. We train — framing or carpentry experience helps, but it is not required.
Running the component saw to the design output. Precision work; you set the pace for the whole floor.
Getting finished trusses to jobsites across the ArkLaTex. CDL preferred, boom experience a plus.
MiTek® design software, working from builder plans to a finished layout. Estimating or drafting background welcome.
